We 'coin-manufacture' our metal frames from sheets of solid brass. The formed frames is highly polished then nickel  coated for a super shine. Heavy nickel plating is used as a base over the brass before finishing in chrome or 23k cobalt hardened gold plating.  Our black frames highly polished before they are electro-statically coated over the brass.  This expensive process give our frames a high luster, durable finish. Every operation is done in our own manufacturing facility here in Tucson.  By carefully controlling the complete process you can be assured the finest quality frame available anywhere in the world. You won't find a nicer frame at any price.  We guarantee our frames against rust forever.

Our ABS injection molded frames are so perfect, the only way you can tell them from our metal frames is to pick one up to compare the weight. Injection molded at 225 tons--they are either chrome or 23k gold plated using cobalt hardened gold for long life and a deep luster. We warranty all our frames for life against rust and corrosion.
